I frequently refrain from responding to someone’s response (even though I want to), just because I know it will then show up as a completely new story on my profile page that somehow has equal weight to a post that I spent hours carefully writing and editing. That seems messed up to me. Bring back the public notes feature! You had already solved the problem before you created it!
